Join us as Carolyn White shares how she creates her award winning quilts and how her “Michelle Obama” quilt was acquired by th High Museum of Art in Atlanta.
Carolyn will discuss her research techniques, the special embellishments she adds to her quilts, and how she makes her quilts talk and sing.
She will also share the process of how the High Museum acquired her quilts.
A question and answer period and a small reception follows. There will be plenty of time for selfies.
