Repurposed Denim Class

The Atlanta Quilt Festival is pleased to welcome the incomparable Sandra Chandler of Sandra Lee Designs as its 2025 featured Master Quilter.

 

Sandra will lead a one day workshop on how to incorporate repurposed denim in a quilt. As an added bonus, Part 2 of the workshop will demonstrate Sashiko stitching which is all the rage in the quilting world.

 

A working sewing machine is required for this class. A detailed supply list will be furnished upon registration for the class. Meanwhile start saving those jeans that are too big because you were faithful to your New Year’s resolution. Sandra will also present a trunk show after the Saturday class.
